Customer service is terrible. We had to bring our car here twice for the same issue after car had to be TOWED due to them not fixing a recall appropriately and not even an apology or a loaner car offered! Car was just purchased 5 months ago!!! Melvin who works in the service department was so rude and it makes sense after speaking with his general manager Adam! Then general manager usually sets the tone for his store and this one sets the worst example I’ve seen thus far in my life! Adam and Melvin both make Ford look horrendous. I’ll be reaching out to the Revdex.com after this awful experience.
