I was not confused on which doorI just typed it wrongThey did not call me to come inI went in to get it fixed againI was also told all my doors do the same thing but they do notAlso when a repair is done there is usually a mark left in a different at color at the spot where the repair was made and the mark is in the wrong spotFor me to get the door fixed from another *** dealer I have to pay out of pocket for it to be done correctly*** will only pay one dealership to fix it and *** will send it to a third party without informing the customers.

Kelly Jeep addressed my complaint with a phone call 2 days after I picked the car up from the dealer that fixed it. The Kelly service Mgr. told me he  would send the floor mats that were due (I haven’t seen them ).

The customer was confused about which side was done. After receiving this complaint we immediately contacted her, she came in and we explained the repair fully to her and explained the proper operation of the door checks. She understands we did do the repair properly and is happy.
