DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! They use bait & switch tactics, lie like crazy, don't give you what you thought you bought, don't honor warranties and threaten you if you call and complain! Very unprofessional dealership!!!!!! Owner wouldn't contact me either to discuss or apologies!

Review: When I purchased my car I was told that they could not take a personal check for more than $2500. They asked me to write a personal check for them to hold and then to bring a bank check. I did as was asked and then was told that my check was accidentally put in the safe and would be mailed to me that evening. Instead, upon trying to use my debit card for a purchase, I discovered that they had cashed my personal check as well as taking the bank check. This resulted in an overdraw on my account as well as several charges. After multiple phone calls on my part the money was replaced, as were 3 of the 4 overdraft charges. I was told that the fourth overdraft charge would be mailed to me. The following day when asking if that check was mailed I was told that they would give it to me when I came in for an installation. I complained and have been told that it would be mailed. I then signed in to my checking account today to discover that they have redeposited the personal check. This is again resulting in overdrawing my account.Desired Settlement: At this point, other than making sure that the money is returned to my account and not withdrawn again, I would like to cut all ties with this dealership. I want to make others aware of their incompetency so that they are not put through the same turmoil that I have been. I have lost access to my own money, been embarrassed when a card is declined, had numerous transactions that did not go through and spent countless hours trying to get this resolved. There have been a few empty apologies, but mostly I have been treated as though I should be grateful that they are fixing the error.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I appreciate all of the assistance given by [redacted] and the CFO. They put my concerns and issues first and made beyond a reasonable effort to not only fix it but to also make it better. **. [redacted] gave me his personal cell number and kept in frequent contact with me until the issue was resolved. My advice to anyone dealing with an issue with the dealership is to go immediately to the top as if I had done so immediately I believe it would have been resolved the first time.

Review: I bought a new Mitsubishi [redacted] from this dealership. I went in looking for a used car and felt forced to buy a new car. Well that's not the problem, the problem with this dealer and the sales rep was when I signed the paper work they told me they would take care of all the paper work with registration and would call me insurance company for me. That's why I paid you pay the Thousand dollar plus service fee for them to take care of everything. Well when I went to pick up my car the sale man told me everything was taken care of and before I drove my car off the lot I asked him if I had insurance and he told me yes. Well fast forward 3 weeks later I have a small accident going to work and call my insurance and they tell me I am not covered. Well how can the dealership register my car and let me drive off the parking lot with out any insurance. Everybody tells me the dealership should fix my car and by law I should have not drove the car off the lot.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to fix my car because my insurance company will not. I know what they did was wrong to allow me to drive off the lot with no insurance so they should fix the car for me.
