Our pricing varies depending on the length, shape, type of polish, and designAll of our technicians are trained to let every client know the price of each service and abefore it is doneThe clients in question gave the okay for the length, shape, and type of polish usedThe first client
got regular polish on both her hands and feetThe second however, decided on getting gel polish on her hands and regular on her feetThe clients were continuously rude during the duration of the service and we tried our best to service themA week later, the two clients showed up with a group of friends and rudely told us to "fix my nails" and started cussingOur salon has a policy that if there were any issues with their acrylic nails that they would have to come in within days of the said visitAny time after that is considered wear and tearThe said clients came in a week later without any prior phone call or complaintThey came in very hostile and were extremely rude, to the point where our customers were uncomfortableThe manager was net here at the time, so one of the technicians told her to come back the next dayThe client then started to raise her voice and yell and said L'you need to fix my nails"My technician tried to calm her down but to no availMy technician felt extremely uncomfortable and had to refuse her service and asked her to leaveThe client continued to yell so we had no choice but to threaten to call the policeThe mother called the next day and we explained to her that we do not give refunds and that any issues with the said service should've been addressed no more than days after the said service was givenThe mother of the client proceeded to cuss and yell through the phone and hang upWe tried our best to de-escalate the situation as best as we could but these clients didn't want to listen or hear anything we had to say because we wouldn't give them a refundalso the total of the price is not up to 130.00$Two regular pedicures would be 32$, 16$ eachOne of her daughters nails was 23$ cause the length was long, while the other was fullest with gel polish which is 28$We also give one of the girls a 3.00$ discountThe total only adds up to around 83$We have no idea how the amount came out to 130$We have been here over years or prices are posted up on the wallWe always make sure to tell our customers the price of their services every step of the wayespecially since these girls were so young we asked more then twice before we did everything. I am rejecting this response because:
My children paid $130.00 and was vey satisfied with their nails at the time of service but wasn't too sure of pricing... Secondly they did not cuss no one out they are 12 and 13... Doesn't sound right!!! And when I came in to talk to someone I was cussed out immediately... No one tried to defuse the situation... I just want my money back, that's all!!! And they make prices up as they go... No discount was given!!! Of course they are going to lie to make their business look good... But it's all lies!!! I was disrespected as well as my daughters and we are customers...
