Kelly Radiator is a rip off! I brought my car to them for service on my heater core. I received a call from Kelly radiator the day after I dropped it off for service and was told that my heater core was flushed and ready to be picked up.. I picked up my car and drove it home, at first the heater in the car had improved some but not 100%. The time that I had service was around Thanksgiving, so it was a few days before I could contact them to let the know tha my heater core still was not repaired.. When I did contact them and returned my car for service I explained to the service guy what was going on with my heater core and he told me to bring it in and the would reflush it. I expected them to stand behind their workmanship but they didn't and wanted to charge me again for the the job that should have been done the first time. After a short discussion with them they wanted to tell me they felt they were justified in charging me again for the job that wasn't completed the first time. I paid them and I will never do business with them again because it seems that beside working on cars their business is also ripping people off.
