The rent increase was sent in writing days prior to the rent increasing(as required by law)The resident is not required to renew the lease after a rent increaseThe resident does not have to give management verbal or written confirmation approving the rent increaseIt was
however the residents choice to vacate the premises after the rent increase took place on November 30th The rent increase is not harassing the resident its simply something that was decided due to the utilities going up

Tell us why hereMr .*** and his roommates are upset because they were charged for not moving out of the house at the end of the month as they stated on the move out noticeMr *** was in the house still sleeping with a female guest when all the contractors tried enter the house to
start their workWhen they finally moved out they left the unit dirty with furniture left behind and some items in need of replacementWe sent them their bill certified mail and spoke to all parties in several occasions over the phoneThey failed to make a payment or make a payment agreement with us back in July They are now in collectionsMr *** had agreed to pay collections back on December 5th and defaulted on his agreementThere is no error in their balance
