[redacted] Navarro Revdex.com letter.txt[redacted]: http://[redacted] Photography responding to complaint ID # [redacted] on Oct. 25th 2016 (date I received the Revdex.com letter dated Oct. 20th)whom it May Concern,I have received the letter of complaint for [redacted]...

[redacted] photography session. This has been disputed and found in my favor through [redacted] after I have submitted all the information I will submit to you today.Just a note the session started with [redacted] apologizing that her husband was not in the best mood and didn't really want to be there because his back hurt. I assured her we could do the photos with him first so he could sit the rest of the session. After 23 Facebook messages in ONE day from [redacted] I blocked her from messaging my page any longer. I am including ALL of the Facebook messages with date and time submitted. In these messages [redacted] clearly states:"hey thank you so much tonight. sorry we weren't the most cooperative!""if you don't have time I can edit nef files but I know photographers hate clients saying that 0"In regards to me telling it was 'because her kids moved' and that's why it's blurry here is the exact sentence I said:"The wall was all different and many with your son very blurry because of movement or he is hiding with no face showing."I can provide the photos of her son moving and blurred that I did not edit or add to her gallery. He did not want his photo taken and was not participating.[redacted] has called herself an "amateur photographer" and that I like warmer colors than her. In the messages I state I am willing to edit the zit on her chin, the yellow teeth, and the bandage out (which she requested and has nothing to do with my photography quality) but not willing to change the warmth of the photos because it is a representation of my work, which is a subjective art form. My color preferences in editing and my blur is noticeable in the many, many photos on my website. I asked [redacted] if she looked at my portfolio before hiring me and she stated:"I didn't look through your site maybe as well as I could but from what I could see of your family portraits, like the group of 5 on your website near the beginning, they are true to life skin colors."The end of the session was about 44 mins into it and [redacted]'s husband was clearly not willing to participate any longer and was saying over and over "the kids are done, we are done. Enough pictures, we are done"In the end I think I provided what I stated. [redacted] downloaded the digital gallery on Oct. 11th 2016 so she is in possession of said photos. I will not be refunding the session fee and the dispute through [redacted] was in my favor after they reviewed all the submitted evidence. After this she attempted to submit bad reviews of my business on The Knot, Yelp, and even use her husband's Facebook account.Thank you for your time, [redacted]
