Kelly Window Systems, Inc.

This is a short review of my experience with Kelly Windows Systems, [redacted], AKA [redacted].

I'm a guy who does his homework prior to making an important purchase. I've pushed in a couple of vinyl windows myself in the past and I know something about it. That being said, I ran across Kelly while doing some research. I searched and searched and couldn't find any negative statements about them so I gave them a call. They sent Frank over, who turned out not to be a pushy salesman. We talked and then parted company. I went back and looked again for bad stuff on Kelly Windows: nada. I then recalled Frank. Pricing is right where it should be, he measured up fifteen windows and we made the deal. Every part of the deal went smoothly from Frank on and communication with Kelly is excellent. The installer’s name I had is Joe, a Vietnam vet. Everything he did was right. This is an old house so rather than screw up the paint and moldings, he did the install from the outside in, made no mess. Everything was policed up at the end of the day and in two and a half days he was done. Nice windows, nice capping, nice job. I gave Joe a deuce the first day, that might have something to do with the nice job I got, but I doubt it. I think that's just how these fellas roll. Thank you.
