The lower ground effect that was damaged on the left lower side and repaired under the *** *** claim ,has been addressed and handled . I explained to Mr *** that we would sand out any rock chips along the ground effect , while doing the repair on the lt lower side
The ground effect has a prior condition in the substrait/material that is not possible to correct without replacing the partThe condition or problem is not in the paint , repair , or paint process
This has also been reviewed and determined to be the case, By The *** *** representative that Mr *** asked to look at the car
There is no condition or scratches in the fender , the surface scratches were taken care of the first day that it was brought back to the shop
This has also been reviewed by Honda Auto Center Of Bellevue
