Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response is not true I have numerous e-mails and texts on record to KMA, and some have received responses from her business, so I know they were received I am happy to provide this documentation.In my last e-mail to [redacted] on 02/20/17, I requested a tax statement for aftercare and informed her that I had taken the next steps in collecting the debt (contacting the Revdex.com) She quickly sent the document, as well as the mentioned schedule of refunds This was the first time they have made an effort to refund our money The first check is to be postmarked by 03/05/17.The dates of inquiry in my original complaint are all true and can be sent your way Sincerely, [redacted] ***

As of today, I have not yet received the second payment from Kelly's Martial Arts We are still owed $of the $overcharges

We had not heard from the customer in months but have scheduled a refund in installments

We did agree to do thatWe have refunded her for November and I told her I will refund her the rest in a timely manner, I just had to go back and see which months and what we owed herMy billing manager is looking into itI did go above and beyond for this customer
