*** *** I placed an order on-line and it took several hours to acknowledgeWhen they finally sent an email acknowledging my purchase the email did not include a download link to the product that I orderedAfter several email attempts and a phone call it came to my attention that their business hours are Monday thru Friday to 5:pm CST and they're closed on weekends! I checked my bank account and the payment is being processed but obviously I won't be able to resolve this before Monday The website itself is amateurishI clicked on a link to track my order and it send me to the main page and not the page it was supposed to send me toThen trying to track the status of the order was nearly impossible but I did manage to find a back door way of doing soWhen I did it said that my order was completeComplete? I didn't receive the product!!! What a joke!!! ***
