They towed my truck in to their shop and everything seemed perfectly fine from the startAs I was waiting for one of the mechanics to drop me off at the Super about a mile awayI noticed a sign that says, "If you buy your own parts, there will be 15% added to the labor" which was a definite red flag in hindsight
The issues started when I called in to get an estimateThey said they could not send me an estimate to my email of everything itemizedThey just offered a total figureUpon asking them to breakdown the costs individually, they ended up trying to charge me $for the radiator when a fan, fan shroud, radiator and hose all together costs $when he fan shroud for my Pete costs $You can figure out how much they mark up their prices
When they have you in the shop, it's their way or the highwayThey are crooks

Saved me a great deal of money on auto repairs, always answered my phone calls while handling my troubles professionally and promptlyFixed my car in about hours after parts came inJob well done

My granddaughter was forced into using Kelley Towing by the Highway Patrol because she unfortunately broke down miles from Trinidad COThey could have easily repaired and got on their way when the auto store opened the next dayIt's very convienant for Kelley and their 'special' relationship that they had to be towed at an extraordinary cost
Kelley staff and owner were rude and insulting to deal withWhen I tried to negotiate a more reasonable price I was told they could have charged more and will if I didn't shut up and pay! I understand services should be paid for but preying on people traveling through is the defination of Highway RobberyI never seen towing cost this much or a company so nasty
The lesson here is to have roadside assistance coverage on your car insurance or AAA coverageThen they would have prevented this kind of robbery and mistreatment by greedy highwayman like Kelley Towing
