Kelly's Auto Body & Service

Around August of 2013 I had a motor vehicle accident. Karl Kelly of Auto Brokers repair shop located at 1718 September was elected to do the repair. I am insured with [redacted] Ins.[redacted] Kelly advised the repairs had been completed but, he was waiting on the trunk lock for the 2000 [redacted] to come in. It had been ordered and he would place it in the trunk on the following day. I went to the shop for several months asking for the trunk lock(which controlled from the interior and also control the adjustment of the seats on the drivers side or so I was told).[redacted] Kelly would tell me he couldn't find the lock but, he would always advise he would look for it. It has been 1+ years and I haven't received the lock. The Insurance company paid for the lock in the repairs. Since, It looked like the repair work had been done well and complete with the exception of his placing the lock in the trunk when it arrived. I signed off on the check from the Insurance company for his payments. Not long afterward, the paint on the car begin to chip off.[redacted] Kelly told me that he would spot paint the car. The problem was either the car didn't have the proper undercoating or not enough paint was placed on the car. I complained to[redacted] Kelly many times and he didn't respond to any of them. I told him I wanted the trunk lock so that I could get someone else to place the lock into the trunk. He still never produced the lock. I really don't believe he ever ordered it as he had advised.[redacted] Kelly was/is totally unprofessional, lies without cause and a total lack of integrity and business ethics.Product_Or_Service: Vehicle repairAccount_Number: pol#: 42Desired SettlementI would like him to provide the lock for my trunk that he allegedly purchased for my car. The paint on the car has chipped away in several places on the vehicle but, I don't trust him to do a proper paint job. I want others to know that he nor his business is to be trusted. He is not honorable/honest in anyway as a person nor as a businessman. I request this business be observed for illegal practices/immoral activities.
