customer failed to mention any of the correspondence we had about the car. He contacted me about the issue he was having with his check engine light coming on intermittently and I discovered he was not using premium gasoline, which is required for his turbo-charged engine. In addition to recommending using premium gasoline, I also set up an appointment to have the car checked out at no cost to him. He did not show for the appointment, which then limited any other resolution that I could offer him. I also feel that his claim was exceedingly exaggerated. We had multiple conversations and every time we talked his description of the problem seemed to become less and less extensive. I understand that having a check engine light come on in a newly purchased vehicle can be frustrating but I want readers to know that we are always willing to help our customers before and after the sale if a problem should arise.
