We are sorry you felt you had a bad experience at our wash. We are a small family owned & operated car wash and we strive in providing customer service.After reviewing our call logs, security cameras and talking with our employees and the other customer who had scheduled an 11am appointment ....

The following is our finding in what actually occurred.Saturday, June 3rd we returned your phone call a little after 9am.Per our phone conversation you said you would be there between 10am-11am.You did arrive at 10:35 to get your trailer washed ,but you had to leave at 10:40 due to the fact that you forgot your wallet.When you arrived back at the wash at 11:05am , you were upset that there was a RV that had pulled up to the wash before you. We then explained that the RV was our 11am appointment. You wanted us to have him back up and let you in first. We told you that he pulled in first and also had an appointment. We are sorry we couldn't accommodate your request as it would not be fair to that customer that had an 11am appointment. You then asked for refund. We asked if you were sure and that it would only take 15 min. and you said you wanted a refund . So we gave you your money back and also told you that one of your tires on your  trailer was super low and you should get it checked out soon, you said thank you.We are sorry that you felt you had a bad experience but in all fairness, this wouldn't have been an issue if you didn't forget your wallet. first off, the guy in front did not have an appointment, he told me this, he offered to back up and let me go ahead of him, I told him no let's wait and see how things turn out first, second, 15 minutes was what I was told it would take to wash his rv, 20 minutes later I'm still waiting and his rv is still being washed, that's when I asked for my money back. Why is nothing addressed about the appointments for rvs, is it required or what? I always felt the customers were correct, I guess I am wrong with this business. Also, her mocking the Revdex.com like that, this place should be closed. These are not professional people running this, teenagers!
