[redacted] was involved in a collision in the car wash on 2-14-15. The collision was not his fault nor the fault of kelly's or any employee of kelly's. It was caused by another car that turned his wheel and went off the track, which caused two cars to run in to him. This took place in a matter of...

20 seconds, not two minutes. I explained to [redacted] the fault of the collision lies with the person who drove off the track. Although the fault lies with another customer, kelly's decided to cover the cost of his repair. As the vehicle was inspected and dismantled for repair, it was quite obvious the vehicle had prior damage to the same area on the car. This fact was denied by [redacted], however, it is undeniable. It is also undeniable the previous repair to the prior damage was done poorly. During this process, it became quite apparent that [redacted] was scamming us. Even still, kelly's decided to cover his repair. Here's the kicker... As he was leaving the auto body shop, he called the auto body guy claiming additional damage to his fender that [redacted] swears was not there (just as he swore to us at kelly's that he Never had ANY damage to his pristine vehicle. The auto body guy is also a professional and does a preinspection on all vehicles he works on. yes the fender damage on his pristine vehicle was already there, just as the other damage was also there. These are the facts and they are undeniable.

Review: I'm writing this letter to share my experience with an accident at the Pocket Road Location in Sacramento, Ca.I arrived at the car wash at 11:30 and it was busier than a usual Saturday morning. It might have something to do with it being Valentine's Day. Everyone wants their car to look it's best. I go to the car wash weekly without a fail. But sure enough I was ready to go within minutes which made me worried that the vehicles were really close together. But I don't like being told how to do my job and I was sure Kelly's car wash employees knew what they were doing. I entered the car wash after being put in neutral. My car went through the rinse fine but as I was beginning the soap process I thought I was being held in the same spot. I was not moving forward as usual. Then I begin to hear and feel tapping in front bumper and I immediately began to honk my horn repeatedly. I continued to feel the bumping. By the forth time I knew something was wrong and I was unable to get out of my car because I was in the soap cycle. The car wash was finally shut off after this had been happening for a couple minutes. A gentlemen that worked at Kelly's car wash came in and asked me to take my car out of neutral and reverse my vehicle about 6 feet. At this point I noticed they told many cars to do this. When I finally got out of the car wash I thoroughly inspected my vehicle. It was not in its perfect condition that I take pride in having it. I drive a [redacted] Challenger SRT-8 model. My car is garaged about 90 percent of the [redacted]e. My front bumper is now dropped and unaligned, the paint is chipped, and the pressure was enough to brake the brackets on the license plate. I bought this car to keep in immaculate condition and to keep with original parts for life. I take pride in my vehicles. I consider myself a loyal customer. I come in weekly now. But I have been a Kelly's car wash customer since my first car that cost me $500 at the age of 16. I only go to Kelly's car wash both the Pocket road location and the one on Stockton Blvd in Sacramento. I was so disappointed when [redacted], as a manager of the establishment, said my car was in a typical car accident and I needed to swap insurance with the other drivers. After I asked [redacted] for his information so I could file a claim with my insurance he said, and I quote, "Do not file an insurance claim, I will contact the GM [redacted] so he can resolve the issue. He comes back to work on Tuesday." I repeated back exactly what he said to me. Then, and I'll quote again because what he said next made me lose faith in a business that I have supported for over a decade and infuriates me at the same [redacted]e, "I guarantee if you file a claim and this ends up in court you will lose." I would have never thought that the manager [redacted] working in the service industry would ever tell a customer this. Ever. It is highly upsetting that the manager would basically brush me off and ignore his own negligence. Now it is Tuesday and night and I'm writing this letter because I allowed Tuesday to completely finish. Up until 11:59 pm. Giving him the benefit of the doubt.Desired Settlement: They need to pay for the damages on my vehicle. They dont answer my calls and I leave messages repeatedly and they dont return my calls.
