I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and the business is misleading but then he has proven himself a liar from the beginning. He walked off the job and did not complete the job because I wanted credit for the work that he refused to do. A concrete wall and replacing the header. He threatened to tear down the work he did if I did not pay. He called himself a born again Christian as I am but you should have heard all the 4 letter words he was able to string together in one unstoppable paragraph. He was choking as he was speaking because he could not get the words out of his mouth fast enough. The systems or agencies in place designed to protect the public are either corrupt or inadequate. He was being investigated for having uninsured workers on his jobsite and informed me he had a family member who worked in that agency in the state of ny that made the whole thing go away. This agency Revdex.com is also inadequate because all you deal with is in technicalities and superficial investigations. But there is a God and all things will be made right by Him. This is the last time that I will either consult or report a matter for I find your agency useless. This is unfortunate because here in this company that i have complained about will continue to prey on the public which are the people you are supposed to be defending. I will withdraw my complaint because it was a waste of time from the beginning.

I contacted the company which is supposed to be an extension of home depot, who vets these contractors for home depot, and who referred express construction to me. The name of the company is red beacon. They responded to me that Express Construction informed them that I refused to have them do the work, unlike the response that you have received from them. I also, as requested, sent you a copy of the proposal that express construction gave to me, specifically from [redacted] Kelly. It showed that $850 was given to them, $500 in cash, and $350 by credit card. I have also furnished you with the credit card statements one moth before, the month of (when the $350 was paid to express construction), and the month after, showing that I was conditionally reimbursed, NOT from express construction, but from my citi credit card. I do not know what else you want from me? It seems like this is a way to discourage those of us with legitimate complaints.

respond right away to [redacted]'s from call and give her an estimate ( see attachments) she was clear that the insurance will pay for her move, and she do not care how much we will charge, I give her a writing estimate and leave her a copy, the original estimate was to pack and load into storage only for 2-3 weeks and she will be moving to Norfolk VA or Hampton VA after her research on finding a hospital that will be accommodated her health problems, and there was an extra stop to pick up from Service Master company a wardrobe, that's when the problem start, we went to a mini storage to pack and load some boxes and furniture, that was not told on the first conversation that we have with [redacted], for that we charge extra since that was not on the scope of work. Later on, [redacted] called my office spoke to Liz C[redacted] and wanted it to see if we can move her to Florida. We do not provide service to Florida, she became very upset and stated that was the agreement, Liz explain the deal. Her reaction was not polite, at the same time she made a scheduled to pick up her personal belongings with a carrier that was going to deliver them to Florida.Carlos *. I could not complete the job until the concrete was done. The customer changed the scope of the work from the original proposal. This added to the cost as well as the time. He was not charged for this. The job is now complete and I am not willing to do any more work for this customer.
Please be advised that there was cement being poured at the residence and I cant do work when there are other contractors in that space and it needed to completely dry. I am standing with the consumer as we speak and he is fully aware of the reason for the delay.
