Review: They referred me to one of their delivery guys named [redacted] who was suppose to put furniture together for myself. He moved the furniture to my new apartment & with assembling he charged me $80 he told me he had another delivery and he will come back later in the evening, he never came back to put the furniture together. He ignored my calls and when I had my fiance call him he told him in spanish that he only speaks english. I then called Kelly's seeing as though they referred me to this man and they told me that the man who referred the delivery guy to me is no longer with the company. Next he told me the guy is an indepndent delivery guy that works there sometime. He told me to come to the store in person to speak to him. I told him what I wanted and he said no problem he charged me $85.01 for delivery & assembling they told me it will be delivered the next day between 1:00pm- 2:00pm . That time has passed I contanted [redacted] he was very nasty and tried to sell me something when he knew what was not best for my furntire he has been very sarcastic and when I wanted to speak to the manager he is never available. He wont refund because of their policy, However, I should reimbursed bc of their neglegience. In order for my furnitur to be fixed I have to pay $25 for extra delivery but nobody wants to take responsibility im not asking for a mile just fairness.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and my refund back.

Review: I have furniture on layaway with Kelly's furniture. Now there store is closed down without notice. No sign on there doorDesired Settlement: I would like to have refund on the money that I spent on my layaway,or give me the furniture that I paid on
