Review: I ordered my weddig dress a couple months ago to be ready incenough time of my wedding in July 2015. Kelly promised me my dress before June now shes giving me the run around since I already gave her the money fir the dress in full! I am very stressed out and I am not getting any answers and I need answers and a conclusion to this problem. She was just on television for another complaint that a woman had, same problem, and the lady had to fight for her money. this has been a horrible experience and something needs to be done!Desired Settlement: I want to know EXACTlY when my dress was ordered and IF it was even ordered already!!!! Because from the looks of her reviews online, it seems like many brides never got there dress in time. Or I want ALL my money back and now if I need to go to another wedding shop and I need expedited shipping or somethig for the dress to make it in time- then I want compensation for that too!

Review: My maid of honor ordered her dress from this store. She was told that the dress was an oversize and would be delayed as well as that the dress was coming from China. Then the week before the wedding the store owner claimed that UPS has failed to deliver the dress, placed it on the wrong truck that went to Connecticute, that she has to incur extra costs to have it express shipped from overseas. The truth was, the dress was made and shipped from California UPS GROUND (no express) on August [redacted]. The dress, size 12, is NOT oversized and was not delayed for that. UPS DID attempt delivery 3 times (August **, **, and [redacted]) and each time the package was rejected because she did not have the funds to cover the C.O.D. After the third and final attempt at delivery, the package was returned to the shipper with no chance of it getting back in time for the wedding on September [redacted]. As a matter of fact, the UPS delivery date back to the shipper is estimated to be September [redacted] making it impossible to have it ready for September [redacted], 2013 in NY.

For 2 weeks the maid of honor chased [redacted] calling daily to get a status on the location of the dress being given all the excuses I've listed, all being false. [redacted] refused to provide the tracking number of the package until it was too late. Once we received the tracking number, we found the truth behind the journey of this dress. We attempted to intercept the package before its return to California with UPS's help but it was too late and now have to scramble to try and find a dress and have it altered and available by September *, 2013.Desired Settlement: We will refuse any attempt at providing any product from her store. A dress will be purchased wherever the maid of honor finds it. We would like a full refund as well as reimbursement for a new dress of comparable cost and any additional related costs when presented with proof of purchase and payment.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Review: I went to Kelly's Kreations and found the dress of my dreams. in full the drerss came out to $1540.00. My mother left a deposit of $900.00. I was supposed to have my dress in on 8/**/2015. I never heard from her. I would call and she would tell me I have to call you back. Then there was no answer at all. I then saw the story of Kelly closing and being evicted. She called me after about 2 weeks to let me know that she had closed and that there was unfortunately no way I would be getting my money back. She said I would also be contacted by someone about my dress and that I would have to pay for the dress in full agin. I have never heard from anyone regarding this matter. My wedding has been pushed back and now I am just looking for the $900.00 to be returned so we can use that for a different dress. I would like a full refund of my money.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is for me to get a full refund of my deposit of $900.00.

Review: I ordered a gown on April *, 2015 and it was to arrive sometime in July. I found out that the store closed down. I gave Kelly a $300.00 deposit towards the gown and now I'm out $300.00 and no gown for my son's wedding which is in October.Desired Settlement: Kelly's Kreations Inc. should be liable for all the money she took from people. This is not something that happens overnight, she was still in business knowing what the end results would be.

Review: I paid for my daughter's wedding dress in cash in January for my daughters September [redacted] wedding. Six bridesmaids also purchased their dresses, some just put a deposit and other's paid cash in full. We started calling Kelly in July asking where the dresses were and she kept telling us to call back in a week. As of mid August the place is closed down and there are no dresses two weeks before the wedding and we had to pay for new dresses and never got our money back from her. She has recently been seen on Help me Howard and we have tried numerous times to meet with her but she is currently not answering her phone or is not at her residence. The business has a padlock on the door so she was evicted.Desired Settlement: We would like all of our money back and to also have Kelly never be in business again.

Review: I ordered my dress from Kelly kreations in April of 2014 for my wedding this October. I ordered a [redacted] dress that was $1,500 and put a deposit of $1000 in cash down because that was the only option I was given. I received a phone call about a week or so ago from Kelly telling me that unfortunately her business was closed down and she is now working out of her house. She sounded so sincere on the phone and of course all I was doing was freaking out. She told me a woman fro [redacted] would be contacting me and I would have to give her the okay to release my dress to Kelly. I spoke with the woman from [redacted] the following day and feeling very uncomfortable about the situation, she explained to me how the dresses would be dropped off in a truck to the store front (that is closed) and someone would be there, hopefully, to pick them up. I felt very uncomfortable about this all and wanted to make sure I had a dress. I chose to have my dress shipped to [redacted] which the woman told me another bride in the same situation chose to do as well so I felt better. Now the issue is trying to get my money back from Kelly. My mother and I have been calling kellys cell phone which has a full mailbox and have been calling the number she told me was her home number. My mother spoke with her a week or so ago and she claimed she would be sending my deposit back and never heard from her again. Now every time we call her "home" number another woman answers who claims to be her friend and that is her home phone number. She claims that she will speak to Kelly and have her contact me. I don't believe it. I found some others on [redacted] that are going through the same thing and Kelly has told them she is not giving them their money back. I have seen many videos and articles lately about other brides going through this as well. Please let me know if there is anyway you can help me.

My phone number is ###-###-#### and this is my email address, [redacted]

Thank you!

- [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of my $1,000.00 deposit.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Kelly's Kreations Bridal Boutique regarding complaint ID [redacted]. There have been 30-40 brides screwed over by her for their weddings and now she has all of our deposits and will not give them back nor return our calls. Her phone continuously goes to voicemail and her business is closed now because she was evicted. We actually showed up with [redacted] from [redacted] at her house but she didn't answer. I was hoping there was some short of action the Revdex.com. Can help with. Thanks. Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I ordered my dress in January for my Sept [redacted] wedding and also my 6 bridesmaides ordered their dresses. It is now August [redacted] and this woman lost her lease and I have no dresses! Everytime I call she says to call back in 2 days. My wedding is less than a month away and I paid in full for my wedding dress and all the bridesmaids put down at least $100 on their dresses. I am in a state of panic and this is supposed to be a happy time for me. I am so upset about this that it has ruined the whole wedding experience. I do not know what to do since she is a very dishonest person.Desired Settlement: I would love to have my dress now so I can have alterations done and also my bridesmaid dresses. I have started to look elsewhere but coming up with another $2,000 is not easy. If I can not get my dresses then I would like my money back.

Review: My parents recently put a deposit down for my wedding gown at Kelly's Kreations. Kelly did not have this dress, however she promised me she would get it. She asked for a deposit of $1500. Two days later she called my parents and asked them to bring in another $300, which they did. One month later the store was closed with an eviction notice on the door. We have tried to call her several times and the voicemail is full. Not only has she disappeared with our money, but I have no dress for my wedding!Desired Settlement: To get our $1800 deposit back
