Kelly's Logan House

Review: Went to Kelly Logan House on April 11, 2015. Ordered a turkey burger and four captain and cokes. They we out of turkey burgers so advised to order something else. Place order for a salad, went to make payment and noticed the bill was $56.00 and was closed to my card. Asked for an itemized receipt noticed the purchase of the turkey burger was still on the receipt and that four double captain and cokes were ordered. Advised bartender that receipt was incorrect that turkey burger was never taken off, bartender agreed, advised didn't order four double captain and cokes but only four regular captain and cokes, bartender advised that they only make doubles, therefore I was forced to pay for double captain and cokes oppose to regular captain and cokes. Bartender took card back and re-ran for correct amount, thus creating another charge on my card. Reviewed my bank account and saw the two charges and an additional random $33.50 and $25.00 charge. Asked bartender again, and he couldn't resolve the issue and wouldn't get a manager. Got home and called the manager and advised of the issue and error asked what the charges were and he said he would review but the $25 was a hold by the bar to make sure that a phony card wasn't being given, I am now out $114.50 until whenever they clear because of the unauthorized bank debits against my account. They have violated several laws including forcing me to pay for double shot captain and cokes vs regular single shot captain and cokes which I asked for.Desired Settlement: I want not only a refund of ALL the charges placed against my account, but an explanation as to what exactly happened and why all these charges were made to my account, someone needs to review this business because they do some shady business and over charges.
