As of today, I have not yet received the second payment from Kelly's Martial Arts.  We are still owed $450 of the $575 overcharges.

We had not heard from the customer in 6 months but have scheduled a refund in 5 installments.

This response is not true.  I have numerous e-mails and texts on record to KMA, and some have received responses from her business, so...

I know they were received.  I am happy to provide this documentation.In my last e-mail to [redacted] on 02/20/17, I requested a tax statement for 2016 aftercare and informed her that I had taken the next steps in collecting the debt (contacting the Revdex.com).  She quickly sent the document, as well as the mentioned schedule of refunds.  This was the first time they have made an effort to refund our money.  The first check is to be postmarked by 03/05/17.The dates of inquiry in my original complaint are all true and can be sent your way.
