Review: I paid him to remove two trees including the stumps....He removed the trees but not the stumps...Said the machine was non-functioning...and it would be repaired in two weeks...My husband paid for the first tree immediately, (Sept *, $425), and when

reminded him about the stumps, but my husband sent full payment immediately

($275). After calling repeatedly for three or four weeks, after this payment and failing to get returns of voicemail, he said the stumps were not removed because our tenant's broken-down truck was in the way... He agreed to remove another tree to compensate for this...and he would do it on Monday, October **, rain date Tuesday, Oct **. It was sunny both days and I have been calling and leaving messages ever since. He hasn't removed the tree and he has not returned my calls.Desired Settlement: To remove the small tree that he promised to remove.
