After waiting two plus weeks to get an estimate regarding repair of my TV, I went to the business. I was told the computer showed that the store had attempted to contact me. I have phone answering service and had not received a message. I was told that the computer doesn't contain the day contact was attempted or what the message was. I took my TV and left and will warn others about Kelly's business practices.
