In regards to the complaint filed against my bar, I am the bartender in question the night of the incident? If memory serves, it was late on a Friday night and the bar was extremely busy? I make no excuses for myself if I came off as hostile, and for that I sincerely apologize and will make strides to ensure it doesn't happen again? I certainly did not intend to upset anyone nor deliberately serve inadequate drinks? The issue was brought up to the barback that night who has no authority to refund a customer, had I been approached I would've refunded the customer immediatelyAgain, I do apologize.?
