Great service. Call three others with no call backs. He was able to come out in this "stay in place" order and diagnose the problem. He knew what the problem was and knew that there was an extended warranty on this furnace for parts and service. We were up and running within 24hrs. Great guy.

I had an appointment scheduled and they told me they would arrive between 8AM and 10AM. No one showed up and no one contacted me. I called them twice to find out what was going on and no one answered. The call went to voicemail. I left them a voicemail message and no one called me back. I had to miss work for this and they completely wasted my time. Now I have to hire someone else and take another day off from work. What type of legitimate company schedules appointments and doesn't show up or call? Unbelievable!
We are very sorry for any inconvenience that we may have caused. We had our phone system upgraded but the call forwarding did not work. We did try calling you back as we had you down for the following week for your appointment. We would never intentionally miss any appointments set up or not return any phone calls.
The company’s response fails to take responsibility for a missed appointment. To say “we had you down for the following week for your appointment” is misleading to anyone reading it. The fact is that I called and scheduled an appointment and they confirmed that they would be there on that date and time. They failed to show up for the appointment that was scheduled. When I tried to contact this business, no one answered the phone and it took three days for them to call me back to explain why they didn’t show up. They did apologize and stated that they put the wrong date on their calendar. Calling me back three days later after a no-call-no-show and also not being able to schedule an appointment properly on your calendar seems to indicate a lack of responsibility and organization as a business. I hired another company to fulfill my service request to fix a unit installed by Kelly’s that was not working. The company came and fixed the unit and stated that Kelly’s wired it improperly which resulted in the unit not working properly. They also told me that the air purifier that Kelly’s sold me and installed was useless.
Kelly's HVAC provided great service. I had a Home Warranty issue with getting the parts to fix my A/C. Kelly's found the parts when my Home Warranty Company could not. I will use them again if ever needed
