Respondent neglects to mention the overwhelmingly many reasons he was not allowed in, detailed in the attached Briefly: he said he was already done; the job was to fix the A/C before we left the country (he had days to do it); lied about why the system wasn't' working, deflecting blame from himself; he planned to sneak back in without our permission or knowledge; many other lies, some bizarre: we had agreed to it, he knew about the problems but didn't think to mention them; I had tried to *** *** his (nonexistent) female coworker; I was acting out of hurt feelings about HIS *** relations with me. The man does bad work, lies, kicks up ridiculous dust, and seems at times unstable; We see no alternative but to ask him to cover repairs Would you let such a person into your house? *** ***

This is untrue, as you can see from the attached summary of our email exchanges. I've attached too a (lengthy!) complete transcript to show the summary is accurate.
