Review: Purchased Tiki Umbrella in May 2012 that has deteriorated greatly.
I bought a Tiki Umbrella last May 2012 from Kelmark. I put it in the holder and only opened it when I was using it which may have been about 10 - 15 times during the season from June - October. I took it down over the winter and stored it under the covered deck away from the elements. When I went to open it this year, it shed all over me and the patio. It looks horrible. I contacted Kelmark and asked them what they could do. They sent me back an email stating the product was out of its 30 day warranty. I sent back an email that said it was not defective when I received it but that I expected it to last longer than one season! I did not receive back any response. This is not acceptable. Their ad states: "It features a premium quality tiki-thatch canopy". they should have stated it was a one season product or special event product if it is not going to last more than a year for that price.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement product, but not the Tiki thatch. A comparable item in fabric that I can choose from their existing stock.

Customer purchased item from our web store on April 27, 2012. Over one year later (June 10, 2013) customer notified us of said issue, which unfortunately was far past the parameters of our terms and conditions.

Review: Purchased 179.00, Tiki Umbrella that straw is shedding and is completely dissinagrating of the entire umbrella. Purchased in Sept. Had it up till May only.Desired Settlement: Refund or replacement of much better and lasting fabric.
