I phoned and asked for a cylinder bore to be measured, I was told the price was a "pack of beer" I then asked what the cost was in cash and was told the price for a job like that is "a pack of sleemans" Which I unfortunately bought and brought to Kelowna YamahaAfter talking with the tech he had left to measure the bore on my cylinder (he was very nice and helpful) this is when the service manager told me to go back to the liqour store and buy a case of beer, because I had been misinformed on the phoneOriginally thought he was joking but he continued to pressure me into going back to the liqour store and buying more beerWhen I told him this was the cost I was told on the phone he then stated I was receiving knowledge from the tech and would be chargedHe told me "a case of beer would have been cheaper" and wrote me an invoice and billMost ridiculous, unprofessional, customer service I have ever received
