Mr*** *** contacted BLPS&M regarding his 800cc Ranger in the early fall of The ranger had a blown motorMr*** informed Jerry H*** he has no way of transporting it from his house to Big lake powersportsAfter several phone calls to
BLP&M, *** asked Jerry h*** to haul his RangerJerry Hooked up his trailer and went to Mr*** house & picked the ranger up *** *** wanted the Ranger fixed under warrantyPolaris Denied the Claim due to no Maintenance records from owner(i.eOil Changes)Jerry H*** then Told Mr*** he would be responsible for all charges related to his RangerMr*** gave Jerry the ok to repair his rangerBLPS&M totally rebuilt his motor for the RangerThis was completed in late fall of Mr*** was notified his ranger is complete, ready for payment and pick up. Several weeks went by, Mr*** *** was contacted againThis is when he informed BLPS&M that he has no money nor a job*** asked Jerry If he could make payments & take his Ranger homeThis is NOT permissible by BLPS&M Its in the Spring the Ranger is still here at BLPS&M. Storage fees apply after daysThe rate is at $per dayAt this point in time Jerry H*** is willing to wave any storage fee just needs the Ranger picked up and paid in fullMr*** still was unable to pay for the amount in fullThe policy at BLPS&M is payment in full when customer picks up unit. Several Phone calls where made with no answerMR *** came to BLPS&M in and purchased parts for different unitMrH*** & Mr*** spoke about the RangerMr *** replied with still not having a job and no Money availableAt that point Jerry H*** told *** *** he had days to pay in full for the RangerThe Ranger sat out back till Spring of Still NO payment on the $Repair Bill, not to mention the storage bill for five years. To resolve this problem BLPS&M will pay Mr*** *** $BLPS&M will keep the Ranger if he can not pay for his complete repair billThe total Balance owed is $9,Jerry H*** has authored BLPS&M to wave the four years of storage Fee. I am rejecting this response because: I asked for this issue to be taken care of by use of the warranty that I was instructed to purch byBig Lake polaris power sports.I also left instructions not to repair unless covered by the said warranty , that I paid the extra $ for by there advice.I in no-way shape or form did, gave notice to proceed with parts purchases or labor estimates that I never received.know mater whatyou cant just make expensive repairs that were not authorized.There is not a company in the world that would order a pile of parts, without authorize the purchase order.you manager Frankie did not do the joband your company is trying to make me pay for your error.p.sthe status of my employment is none of you business.I have never called into questionyour honesty, and integrity If it satisfies you, remove the parts I didn't order.And Ill pick up.and Ill take my machine back
