Some things that they stated are not true. For example they did not find out late Tuesday but in fact I alerted them at the store opening over phone around 9:20 am. They also told me to wait for the registration to trade my car back in and in that time John Del advised me that he wouldn't sell my car. They sold my car during the 3 weeks of me waiting for my registration completely going against what he said which is very unethical. I could get nobody on the phone and was passed off to other people the moment John Del "got another customer" as another sales manager informed me. I will give the [redacted] back in to get another vehicle but I want what I paid for it. Also I want them to call me as I have dons my fair share of calling to a business where I'm the customer and should be having people reach out to me not vice-versa. For example towards the end of this dispute I was told I'd receive a call from Steve P[redacted] either late Friday night (it was Friday afternoon) or Saturday morning. I received no call and gave up and realized this needs to be handled by someone else. I'm being toyed with simply because I changed my mind and to be perfectly honest is making them lose money and they don't like it. Bottom line I'll trade it back but I want to be called by them not me call them. I've done enough calling and they've done enough ignoring me or passing me off to others who have no idea on my situation.

Tell us why here...To [redacted]:Mr. [redacted] came into our dealership on Saturday, July 23, 2016, looking to purchase a 2008 [redacted]. At that time, we came to an agreement on the numbers for the purchase of the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] test drove the vehicle, and along with the friend that...

he brought with him, inspected the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] then explained to us that he would like to take delivery of the vehicle on Monday, July, 25, 2016, two days after our original discussion because he needed to arrange for a driver, as he did not know how to operate a manual transmission. On Monday, July 25, 2016, Mr. [redacted] arri ved along with his driver, completed the transaction, and to all observations was happy with his deal. We did not know of any dissatisfaction on Mr. [redacted]’s part until late Tuesday, July 26, 2016. By that time, the vehicle transaction fees had already been started and the contract was in to the bank. We informed Mr. [redacted] at that time that we would look into what we could do, if anything, to make him a satisfied customer. After looking into the matter, we realized that the transaction was completed. We offered Mr. [redacted], in good faith, under no obligation to us, to trade in his vehicle and allow him to purchase his original vehicle back. Over three weeks later, Mr. [redacted] called us advising us that he had received his registration. Between that time and our initial conversation, the vehicle that he had traded in had been sold. Our offer still stands to trade in his purchased vehicle at market value and purchase a vehicle from our inventory.
