Kelsey Husky Puppies

Review: Mr [redacted] has a website for people to adopt pure-breed husky puppies. It states that his dogs are AKC registered and all puppies are vet check and healthy. I sent him a $200 deposit. After sending the money I learned I can call the AKC to varify the quality of his dogs. When I made that call the AKC informed me that they have no record of ever doing business with him. I went back to him and let him know my findings and asked if he was registered under a different name and I ask for the vet info to so I could contact the vet and make sure all the check-ups had been done and that the puppy was healthy. Mr. [redacted] refused to provide me with that info. I then asked for my $200 back since he is clearly not being honest and is not running a legit business and he is refusing to refund my money. Mr. [redacted] lives in Wilmington Delaware and I live in Rochester, NY. At this point I am not sure how to get my money back and (most importantly) how to stop him from hurt another family like this.ThanksDesired Settlement: I would like my $200 refunded and I want to stop him from being able to do this to any other family
