text-align: left;" valign="top"> *** purchased a vehicle from us on October 17, Her vehicle had to come back to take care of a problemWhile it was here our shop was broken into and cars were stolen***'s car was one of themFortunately her car was the first one recoveredUnfortunately, the people that stole the vehicle damaged the engineWe purchased a new motor for her carThe repair turned out to be a nightmareThe engine needed to be pulled three timesEventually it was determined the replacement engine was badOf course this was very time consumingI would like to point out that our insurance company put *** in a rental car for the durationShe was never let without a vehicleAdditionally, the customer stopped making payments on her vehicle while it was being repairedWe contacted the finance company on her behalf and arranged to have her contract modified to replace the *** with another vehicleThe customer is now in this new vehicle
