Complaint Information: [redacted] purchased a vehicle from us on October 17, 2015. Her vehicle had to come back to take care of a problem. While it was here our shop was broken into and 8 cars were stolen. [redacted]'s car was one of them. Fortunately her car was the first one recovered. Unfortunately,...

the people that stole the vehicle damaged the engine. We purchased a new motor for her car. The repair turned out to be a nightmare. The engine needed to be pulled three times. Eventually it was determined the replacement engine was bad. Of course this was very time consuming. I would like to point out that our insurance company put [redacted] in a rental car for the duration. She was never let without a vehicle. Additionally, the customer stopped making payments on her vehicle while it was being repaired. We contacted the finance company on her behalf and arranged to have her contract modified to replace the [redacted] with another vehicle. The customer is now in this new vehicle.

Review: I put a down payment on a car and did not sign a lease agreement, after two days I changed my mind about the car and demanded a refund chuck then explained refunds are only give on Friday's. Ok one problem the coming Friday was a holiday so we agreed on Saturday. I called chuck that Wednesday to verify the pick up for my deposit, I did not get chuck but another employee telling me that Saturday wouldn't work it would have to be another week. I then explained I would like to get my mine back in the same manner that it was given and that I would be there on Saturday the agreed day to collect it . Chuck calls me and trys to tell me that only his accountant can go in the account and give refunds and that she was on vacation.. Total run aroundDesired Settlement: Refund

Review: I bought a 2002 chevey trail blazer from Kelsey's Autmotive on 11\11\13 which came with a warranty for three months or 45000 miles. upon picking up the truck,the check engine light was on to which I called to inform the dealership of the problem.I also took the truck to auto zone for a check up & gave the recipt with their finds to the dealership when I brought the truck in for service. the shop kept my truck for five days & said that they couldn't find a problem & charged me $100 labor fee, upon leaving my house in the truck 2days later,it started to drive funny & I called back to the dealer and had to bring the truck back because they informed me that the transmission was going . the warranty company is saying there not covering the cost because the dealership knew the transmission was going and the dealership is not doing anything to fix the truck please help me get my truck fix or the money back that I paid for the truck.They've already had my truck for a week in which I had to get a rental which I was told by the dealership would be reembursed by the warrenty which now i'm told is not.Desired Settlement: either they fix the problem for free or refund me my money + the cost of a week long car rental from enterprise.
