The majority of what he said is liesI am attaching the messages for you to see for yourselfAlso I had asked him multiple times over the phone if it would just be easier to switch the car to carb and the response I kept getting was no we're close we almost got itHe never said the radiator probably had water in over the winterThe radiator was put in in July and he got the car in September or October so therefore the radiator was not in during winter except when he had itI also never said I would pay him here and there or that I would pay for the partsI asked multiple times how much do I owe with no responseWhen I asked him over the phone his response was we will work something outAlso yes my battery was brand new it was bought January of It did not sit out in the winter I kept it in my house so it would not get ruinedAlso if he had my car done when he said he would the battery would still be under warranty In the pictures of the battery you can even see where someone went to McDonalds and threw their trash in car which you can tell was recent because you can still drops of liquid in the cupPlease let me know if there are any other information I can provide

*** *** came to me and said she new my daughter and ask for my help on a car that had been sitting for yearsShe told me that she has paid to other people to fix this car and this is how they left itThey had taken the old motor out and put another motor in, nothing was bolted down
and the only thing that had been done was the motor was setting in thereWe talked several times about it before I decided to go look at itWhen I got there the hood was off of it it had been setting for a very long timeWater had got into everything and I told her that I could fix it if all the parts were thereShe had another car and I told her it would be a whole lot easier just to get it fixed to make it drivable but she did not want to do that she said that the car had no brakes the body was in beat up shape and she just wanted to maybe trade it in or junk it to help pay some of the billSo I told her if all the stuff was there I could probably put it back together for somewhere around four hundred bucks but she was too by all parts that we neededSo towed to the garage and we started Gathering stuff out of the car to find out what all was thereWe came to the conclusion that all kinds of stuff were missingBrackets for the power steering brackets for the alternator brackets to hold the radiator in exhaust system was wrong hoses were messing belts were missing couldn't find bolts to put back together four brackets and bellhousing to bolt to engine motor mount bolts just all kinds of stuff, got ahold of her and she said that maybe they're laying out there around where the car was at, so me and the guy that work for me went out and spent few hours out there looking for parts did find some boats did find some of the brackets but still all kinds of stuff was missingGot ahold of her and told her we was going to have to go to the junkyard and find stuff or buy it knew she was okay with me going to the junk yards and hunting stuff I told her this is going to be a time-consuming project since everything is missing she had no problem with that at that time I told her I was not paying for her Parts she said that she would start making little payments here in there and I also told her that there is probably going to be some labor put on this because now we are going to have way more time in this then it should have taken before, we finally found enough to get the engine together enough to put water in it and when we pressure tested it the water pump was leaking the radiator was leaking, got a hold of her she said the radiator was brand new, I told her that somebody probably left water in it from before and it has probably froze had froze up and busted I took to ***'s radiator and had them repair it, replaced water pump and put back together and pressure-tested, it held pressure, try to start car car wouldn't start, sprayed starting fluid in it car would start checked found it needed fuel pump fuel pump was not running tried to hot wire fuel pump fuel pump still wouldn't run also found no 12v to fuel pump so fuel pump was no good and had some kind of a wiring problem called her about fuel pump but that time was told go ahead and buy a fuel pump she will pay for it but never received a dime and it just kept going that way she always was going to pay but never gave me any money so it came down to about a month-and-a-half ago got car running but car would not stay running it would run for a while then it would idle way down and die, at that time she asked about putting a carburetor on it I told her that time I wish you would have said this a long time ago causebit would have took a lot of time away but now if we put a carburetor on it we will have to change a lot of things to adapt it to the carburetor, she then told me that she knew somebody a cousin or someone that had everything I needed, she brought me a carburetor, I told her we was going to need an intake we was going to need different brackets to hook up accelerator pump passing gear alternator power steering because this is going to take a lot of different stuff and she said okay but I waited for her to bring the stuff but she never brought nothing, she kept sending me a lot of pictures from eBay and I told her that I have already bought lots of parts to make her car run and she said well you need to take him back and get your money out of them and I told her it doesn't work that way, I told her we needed a battery she said the battery in her car was brand new , I told her I tried to charge it it will not take a charge it has probably froze up from setting in the winter, it had said in her car I sent her a picture of it then she tells me that wasn't her battery, that I had stolen her battery to ,her battery was bought in of and the date on the battery was of ,I told her that that is the way the battery come, she still stated that I had stoled her battery so I went to Walmart and took pictures of batteries on the Shelf that have dates on them from of clear back to of and then I blocked her I'm done, started getting belligerent with me telling me that I've had her car for this amount of time and she was wanting it and she wasn't paying me a dime and she needed her car to get a job to pay me and I said that was not the deal, I told her after this I couldn't trust her to pay that bill in payments, I am going to at least need the money for the parts that I have put on her car and the labor Im not sure about yet .She then start to getting belligerent and cussing me and threatening me I just blocked her and that's where we're at right at this moment, the car does run but the carburetor that she brought me is going to need to Canna part and rebuilt she told me that it had probably set for about years and I have all of her texts that she has sent me and I have receipts of stuff that I have put on her car and I do have a parts bill made up and all these documents can be sent to you if needed. ,I graduated from auto diesel college in went to work at *** dealership in zanwsville till but I have worked on car s sence I was , my He has changed the bill different times and changed the items on the bill different times I have asked to be present with receipts and proof of what he has done since I can't trust him and his response was to call me childish and block me yet again since I need to get a battery I told him I'd pay $if showed proof of what he has done attached are the different bills he continually refuses to return my car no matter what I've said
