*** *** placed this complaint on March 22, 2016, we were not aware there was even a problem until March 23, when he called the office to say his screens were coming upAt the time of the call he and our supervisor discussed the problem and possible causes that the screens may come loose
and *** *** was told that we would send our field supervisor out to take a look and see about resolving the problem March 24, the field supervisor did go out and determined that due to the feet of snow and ice from the major storm this past winter sliding off the solar panels and colliding with the screens that a couple of the screens did come looseWe replaced the damaged screens and *** *** seemed satisfied with our assessment of the cause of damage and the repair that we performedWe use high quality materials and have trained technicians perform the work Unfortunately we have no control over the weather and snow and ice may cause damage to your gutter system.

** *** had a signed service agreement with Keltom Gutter Services for a gutter cleaning performed annually in DecDecember 10, - We cleaned his gutters per the agreement. December 12, Bill was sent in the amount of $174.20December 22, *** *** called to cancel
his agreement, which we did immediatelyFebruary 10, - Payment received $75.00February 10, - Invoice sent for balance $99.20March - July - an invoice was sent with the $late feeTotal $134.20July - a letter was sent to ** *** notifying him that if we did not receive payment he would be sent to our collection agency.August - a courtesy phone call was provided to ** *** reminding him of the balance.Sept** *** was sent to our collection agency for non-payment.Sept*** *** called ** ***.Sept ** *** refused to pay the balance*** has since removed ** *** from their contact list and the file is closed

Unfortunately we were very displeased with [redacted] professionalism. They came out for service when we were not home, and when we went to use our outside water valve, we found it broken off and the water turned off. The technician never notified us, but none the less left a bill. When I called to complain, the supervisor didn't believe us or offer to make the situation right in any way, our complaint was ignored because the technician denied the conduct. I'm reasonable and understand that things break, but expect a contractor to notify me when something goes wrong.

After ten years, I will no longer have this company clean my gutters.They clean the gutters, but there appears to be no flexibility in their "process". Over the years We have had several conservations about the timing of my gutter cleaning ( they always came to clean before the leaves were off the trees in the fall). I finally told them I would call them when I wanted my gutters cleaned. We arrived home after a three week trip to find that they had cleaned my gutters that day. I had not called them (the leaves are still on the trees). Their office responded that they had sent a postcard prior to coming (I was not at home to receive the postcard) as per usual procedure. So much for my conservation about my calling them. Got the bill today. I never noticed before. They have a "fuel surcharge" of $2.00. Really?

Review: Business required person to be home in order to provide estimate for gutter repair (gutter cleaning was also performed). Estimate was given for $419.80 for both repair and cleaning with no itemization given and including a $15 coupon for 1st time customer. Phone estimate previouisly given was $285 + tax for gutter cleaning and $55/15 min + parts for repair.

$439.75 was charged to my [redacted] following day. When I called them, they said they forgot to add the tax for the cleaning. However, I was not provided an estimate for the repair only. I was provided an estimate for the total and approved the total of $419.80.Desired Settlement: Business should honor the original estimate approved by me.

Review: I am being billed for work not done. Interest is being added.Desired Settlement: Keltom to remove the bill, not effect my personal credit.

I am rejecting this response because: The work was never done. I had the gutters cleaned just prior to them coming. I called and offered to pay partial because I forgot to cancel the contract. The said fine. After they received my partial payment, they asked for full payment and added interest.
