Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I recorded Kelvin S [redacted] stating that his business was the only business in the Pacific Rim that provided Authentic [redacted] sI have never sold or heard of high-quality copied phonesI have all email and text records and the purchase order which shows [redacted] 6s 16GBI have never requested "high-quality copied phones"I was sent counterfeit phones that were in fake [redacted] cases with [redacted] systems not IOS systems which are standard for [redacted] productsThe phones that were sent to me were not sold to any customersI still have the phones and I can provide pictures of such phones that were sent to me from KelviS [redacted] The business associates he is referring to are his business associatesI have an email with attachment sent from Kelvin S [redacted] showing his plans to scam clientsThe timeframe in which they had correspondence was before I was contacted by his associate claiming he had authentic products and he referred us to Kelvin S [redacted] We spoke directly to Kelvin requesting [redacted] 6s 16GB and no where on our Purchase Order does it ask for as he refers to "high-quality copies" As a matter of fact, he has the same phones he sent me on his website posing as [redacted] sI have proof of all of my claimsKelvin S [redacted] is the their and scam artistsHe is trying to cover his lies and deceit by accusing my company of being fraudulentHowever, on several trading sites, Kelvin S [redacted] is blacklisted under his other business namesHe has several companies in which he has defrauded several clientsThere is currently an investigation ongoing on his fraudulent business practices and there is a documented case of such fraudulent behavior and his scams online as we speakWe are victims in which he stole 14,USD of our moneyHe is using a clinic for homeless people as is mailing address for his [redacted] accountHe does not have a business banking account it is unde let his name not the business name and his business license is currently inactiveAll of which we received from the Investigators I our emailWe have that information as well, it can be providedAll of his accusations are false, He sold is counterfeit products I which he describes as "high-quality copies" this is a federal offenseHe has sold products with copyrighted graphics and namesOur business name is no way to represent ***We have never said we are certified [redacted] resellersWe just are resellers of consumer electronics and we have many clients who can be of reference to receiving authentic products from our companyKelvin S [redacted] is a fraud and their and he is worthy of imprisonment for his actions Sincerely, [redacted]

This Complaint is Fraudulent, We was approched by an Associate of Mr [redacted] named [redacted] located in North Carolina (address on file for inspection) in regard to purchasing High Copy phones because purchase of original phones was too expensive and they purchase all the time and resell to theit clients as original., we needless to say declined and alerted we would only arrange purchase of regular phonesWe were sent a purchase order detailing Mr [redacted] a John [redacted] and Mr [redacted] as the parties to the purchase on [redacted] documentation which was discovered was Mr [redacted] 's companyUpon advising Mr [redacted] of the purchase order, he resent the same purchase order with quantity modifications but removing Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] names and stating he did not know who they were although he used the same exact template and purchase due to he forgot to correct certain spelling errors in our company name (all documentation is on file for inspection).Upon receipt of product in the interim he advised us that Mr [redacted] stated to him he had some supplier in Hong Kong that would sell the items cheaper at the momentIt is our opinio n that Mr [redacted] and his cohorts purchased product from both of us, resold it even though [redacted] or Mr [redacted] do not have Ceritfied Reseller Certificate from [redacted] to sell such products.Him and his cohorts have scammed a client and is now attempting to get more money for either US or the Hong Kong supplier Mr [redacted] told him about, Either way there is no FBI anything reported and Mr [redacted] , [redacted] of NCarolina and thier associate are no more than a ring of scammers attempting to slander someone name to reap additional fruadulent benefit from their enterprises.We recorded Mr [redacted] conversation about the Hong Kong information from Mr [redacted] and have copies of all emails, etc related to this matterIncluding the original inquiry from Mr [redacted] requesting High Copy phones and the purchse order showing Mr [redacted] as part of their purchase chain and the exact same template used to remove the partners names and resend to presume no knowledge of them

Mr *** is attempting to shift his fraudulent activities onto someone else, His Company name is *** *** *** and implies he is an *** ResellerWe have all his emails and recorded phone conversations and his attempt to make himself seem like he is doing anything other than attempting to scam along with his associates Mr*** and Mr*** which we do have the Original Purchase order with ALL their names on it demonstrates he is lying and a fakeWe will no longer entertain this complaint with an ItIf there is any kind of investigation we will await same and welcome and release any/all information to whatever phony investigation he says is ongoing...Thank you...In our opinion this matter is closed and our records are open for any/all so called investigation Mr***, Mr***, and Mr*** initiates...Goodbye
