*** complaint is not accurate; I performed all the repairs discovered through the diagnostic testingI have offered several times to have the vehicle towed back to the shop at my expenseThe car was repaired properly the first time based on the results of the diagnostic testAfter completion of these repairs I informed Ms*** that there were other mechanical problems that required repairMs*** took her car home after paying her billShe also took the old fuel pump when she left my shopShortly after Ms*** called and complained about the repair workI offered to have the car back to my shop at my expense and told her that if the fuel pump did not have a fuel pressure then I would fix itIt if did have pressure then my repair was accurate and she is not entitled to a refund She refused to have the car towed backCustomer stated the vehicle was to be sold and no further diagnosis would be needed She initiated a fraudulent credit card report and I believe I am being defrauded as she does not have the money to fix her vehicle.*** ***
