I've been going to this institution for monthsMy last visit when I left I messed up my nail I returned immediately to have them fix it, however, no one would help me! They told me to come back the next dayI explained that I am currently pregnant with twins (and due in days) and that wasn't an optionThey then ignored me! I had to fix my nail myself! Horrible customer service! The sad part of the whole situationIt was the owners of the salon that treated me this way!
TERRIBLE PLACE! First, I will never forget how this one technician there was ridiculously rudeShe rolled her eyes when I pointed to the pedicure I wanted (the cheapest option)Then she was making faces while she was doing my feet, as if they were disgustingThen another customer (a bigger girl) sat down next to me & the seat made a noise like it was going to breakThe technician doing my feet literally laughed at her as she was almost in tears from embarrassmentAs if that's not bad enough, I got a STAPH INFECTION known as MRSA from hereIt's antibiotic resistant, so Ive been living with this on & off for over a year nowMy whole life turned to hell from just ONE visitSo on top of their terrible customer service, they are DIRTY DIRTY DIRTYOut of all the salons in the area, avoid this one at all costsThis place should be shut down & condemned
