I never gave permission to get the plugs changed they told me that they already did the job so I had no choice in the matter but to pay!!!! I would like to know what he is referring to in regards to Wisconsin Curciut Court??

II'm not sure why there was an issue with this situation The customer had a vehicle towed in to my shop and had contacted me that the vehicle would not
start and wanted to know why, otherwise why would she have car towed inI can not wave a magic wand over the car to see what is wrong with it We did some trouble shooting and discovered that the cars spark plugs were fouled out due to oil leaking in the spark plug cylinders We needed to clean oil from cylinders and install new plugs Prior to installing new plugs, Lynn came in and asked what was wrong with the car We showed her the plugs oil soaked on the work bench, and told her they needed to be replace She wanted the old plugs put back in and we had told her the car would not start with the old plugsShe stated that the owner of the car, her son maybe??, did not have the money to fix it but told us to put the plugs in and she would pay for itI had told her $for the total job but gave her a break on the price just to help her out She was notified of other repair needed and even stated she would call back and make an appointment later in the week Now she did this ??? Thats what I get for helping her out I have no intention of refunding any money to her I feel we did a good job helping her out and did NOTHING wrong to warrant this accusation I had her authorization to repair the car and had spoken to her personallyPlease review her history and you will see she has tried to do this many times Circuit court access

In reference to the recent e mail from [redacted].  The spark plugs were on the bench, not in the car as you stated,  when I showed them to you soaked with oil.  You had  questioned about re- installing the old plugs and we told you the car would not start with those plugs, so you said go ahead and put the plugs in and you would be back later to pick up car after we closed.  We were told to leave the keys in it and we did.   Revdex.com, please call me at ###-###-####. Review: I had my car towed to Kemp Service Center. I called in the morning to ask them to tell me what was wrong with my car and they never did so later that night I stopped by to see what the status was and the mechanic said that he took out th spark plugs and replaced them. I NEVER told them to do that. I just wanted to know what was wrong with the car. I had to pay $103.94 to get my car because they said they worked on it already.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since I did not authorize them to do anything but look at my car and tell me what was wrong.
