PMSubject: ComplaintTo: "[email protected]" Sent from *** Mail on ***From:"*** ***" Date:Fri, Aug 7, at 9:PMSubject:Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania in regards to your complaint #***.ID ***My complaint with Kempa Surveying has been taken care ofThe paperwork I was awaiting has been delivered.MrKempa conducted his business in an EXEMPLARY and PROFESSIONAL and GENEROUS manner prior to delivering the maps/paperworkSpecifically MrKempa; returned phone calls in a timely manner arrived at the sites at the times he proposed was EFFICIENT and TIMELY in completing the surveying and pinning the points accepted an ADDITIONAL JOB that was very time consuming POLITELY ANSWERED CALLS FROM A DISSATISFIED NEIGHBOR met with myself and the disputing neighbor at his office in Montrose,PA MrKempa was generously polite, calm, and professional dealing with the neighbor I emailed him a thank-youIn my opinion he had gone above and beyond professional standards in dealing with the squabbling neighborThe next time they called me I would recommend they pay for their own surveyAt that time I would be glad to " meet & discuss" with themMrKempa did not charge myself or the neighbor for the calls and meeting.I am so sorry that the final part of the survey did not meet MrKempa's earlier work.Please feel free to contact me with any further questions/discussion.*** ***Complaing ***
