I purchased a stackable washer and dryer used there were several issues with the unit the drum had dropped I'm unsure of what part but the whole drum was rusted out but I know it was not on my doing they had sold me a bad machine I had only had the machine approximately days before the drum rusted and fell down I called and complained they came out and picked up the machine and told me it could not be fixed said that they would send me over a new stackable used from day one I had several problems with the machine face cracked drum you can remove dryer didn't heat properly it had gone out times they had to come to fix it and the very next day it went out again I've only had this unit since December 28th of and the dryer is currently broke again I called they told me they could no longer help me I feel as if I was taken advantage of I spent $on a stackable unit that I've only been able to use for months I was threatened by *** I have the emails I was cussed at by
