Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Good Afternoon [redacted] , just want to give you a little update on my case I dropped my van off on Friday 6/at Honda of Hayward and gave it to [redacted] [redacted] is the person handling my case at Honda of Hayward He told me [redacted] was going to pick up the van on Saturday 6/ I talked to [redacted] at [redacted] on Friday around 5:pm and told him to give me a call once he had the van and after he identified all the damages it has [redacted] called me on Monday 6/in the morning to let me he had picked up the van from Honda of Hayward on Saturday 6/and he was going to do a tear down of damaged area to identify damages on Tuesday 6/ [redacted] called me today Tuesday 6/to let me know the van was taken apart to ask me to come down to go over damages with him I took an hour off from work to go to [redacted] at [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***, to go over damages with [redacted] We found out that my van has broken and needs the Front Bumper, Left Headlight, the Grille, the Left Air Baffle, and That the Radiator Support has damages as well [redacted] from [redacted] said he was going to get a hold of [redacted] at Honda Of Hayward to let them know [redacted] from Honda Of Hayward called today 6/@ 12:pm to let me know that all they can do is give me the Grille, the Bumper which is Raw Plastic, no painted, and the Headlight, and that's all he can do He said that [redacted] wouldn't paint or install the parts and that I would have to do that on my own, they wouldn't pay to get them painted and isntalledIn the mean time my van is just sitting at [redacted] at Honda of Hayward's mercy [redacted] , I really don't know at this point and I don't trust them, Honda of Hayward that is They never gave me nothing in writing, and are doing things their way and not in a profesional way They expect me to drive my van with a black bumper and the rest of the van silver, and to do the instalation of parts myself I really don't know what they're thinking, and I'm not sure if they are keeping you posted Please let me know if there is any thing else I could do or should do to get this matter resolved Thank you so much [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I had emailed him and never got a response from him till now he had another sales manager call me, so he had every opportunity to contact via email or phone number that was provided in the email which I still haveInstead he chose to avoid me when I called the dealership and left a voicemail and was conveniently not availableI also received an email from *** *** a service manager and that was a joke All-around they have very poor customer service and the bottom line is when I test drove the Honda sport it had locks and I told *** I wanted that car in a different color and I wasn't told it didn't come with locks and given the option to purchaseAs a sales man he should have disclosed that to me as a customerI was lead to think that I was getting everything the same as the car I test droveI have two friends that have purchased cars from them and they got locks on their Honda's and weren't charged or even discussed during their purchase they just came with themAnd every car on their lot has them when we checked, I'm sure they didn't want them stolen but it was okay for them to sell me a car without them so I could get them stolen because it had no locksThey should at least compensate me for my $deductible for their mistake and poor customer serviceShame on them! It is with great concern and regret we received the letter outlining the problem Mrs*** *** had with Accord she purchased
Although new Accord did not come with wheel lock nor didn’t charged extra for it,
I would like to personally apologize for your
inconvenience and poor serviceI accept full responsibility for the poor service and I assure you we are taking the necessary steps to prevent it from happening in the futureThank you for bringing this matter to my attention

After inspected the vehicle we weren’t sure that damage was before or after sale but as good will we offered that we will pay cost of parts to fix it but Mr*** *** turned it down
At this point we are not sure what can we do for him

Good morning Tecoyia [redacted], just want to let you know that [redacted] from Honda of Hayward called me yesterday ( friday 6/10 ) and...

talked about the damages the van had when they sold it to me.  He told me to come to the dealer today saturday 6/11 and he was going to send my van to a bodyshop and put me in car loaner while the van is repaired.  
I told him yesterday fridat 6/10 to not make me come dow  if nothing was going to be done about the vans damages.  He assured me everything was going to be taken care.  And he lied just as [redacted] did last year, beyond dissapointed at this point with Honda of Hayward.
When I got there this morning he asked me if I wanted to trade my van in, and I told him no and that wasnt what we talked about friday  6/10 when he called me.  So this whole thing of [redacted] was to bait me to come down to Honda of Hayward to upsell me.  He never had an intention or thought about my complaint.   Honda of Hayward should really be looked at as they are ripping a lot of people off.
