walker, We do have record ofspeaking with this patient on a couple of occasions where we tried to explainthat we are an equipment company who fills the order placed with us by the Dr.During the 2/27/& 4/14/conversations the patient was told that shehad signed for this product and that she is responsible for the small balance.On 3/27/we had again tried to contact the patient t let her know that it wasa small balance that needed to be paid to keep her account in good standing,the patient did not call back until 4/14/Since this is such a small balancewe are willing to credit the $as a courtesy to the patient and contactthe collection agency for herWe hope this is a satisfactory compromise forthe patient,***PatientAccounts ManagerKempfSurgical Appliances
