Review: My car was towed on December [redacted], 2015 by the Ken Ben Impound Yard located at [redacted]. I had to pay $1,700 to retrieve my vehicle. When they brought my car out to me I noticed they wrecked my car. They gave me a claim form and told me to complete it and mail it in with pictures of the damages. I noticed it was over 3 weeks and haven't heard from them. I called and they stated they never received the claim and faxed me a claim form I completed it and drove down there and gave it to Derrick in person. He told me I would hear from the claim department. I still have not heard from anyone. I called and some lady keeps telling me to ask for Frank and every time I call she states Frank just left. No matter if its 9 am. 10 am 3pm, 4pm etc.. She then started to hang up on me. Every time I call they are hanging up on me and even laughing on the phone and hanging. This is extremely upsetting as they seriously damaged my car, and are not even attempting to find out about my claim and fix it. Help please.Desired Settlement: If they aren't going to repair it, then they need to give me the funds to take it somewhere to fix it. Point blank they need to repair the damages they made to my vehicle.

Review: the [redacted] towed my truck and September of 2014 it was contracted to go to ben and ken tow my truck has been in their possession from September of 14 till January of 15 when my bank [redacted] came and picked it up it wasn't a repo I pay my car note every month since it was with them but I had a family emergency and no funds to retrieve my truck at the time I pay the storage facilities bill of 2700 dollars for the time that my truck was stored in their facility yet I receive my truck on January [redacted] from [redacted] auto auction till your storage yard and I receive pictures of my vehicle at the time that my bank insurance company pick the truck up all of the damages that are visible on my truck now with visible at the time that's my bank insurance company retreat this truck my truck has been in my possession since January [redacted] of this year yet it's an operable it's been vandalized there's crucial parts to my vehicle missing my battery was stolen my crankshaft sensor and the screws are missing my engine cover is cracked my back bumper has a hole in it from some sort of tow hook punctured into my back bumper my passenger door and the back has been dented and there's black paint on it there's paint missing and numerous spots on my front in my hood my grill is cracked and my car is inoperable my tires were off the rim did hundreds of dollars of personal items and belongings that was in my car that are all missing kids toys are close my little gas money that was in there my ID's my drivers license defensive driving instructor license a few things that were in the car that were my personal belongings were removed from the vehicle and I have no idea as to where they are when I tried to contact ben and ken tow companyDesired Settlement: Of my fees payed for storages, parts stolen, missing personal ideas, or worse case possible kelly blue book value and refund replacement of my 07 Nissan Murano Truck. It is a total loss the mechanic said he doesn't know if it will ever START. Im out ALMOST 20,000 if I loose my truck and I, still paying a car note on it. 280 a month,with 8,000 to pay off and they stripped my truck of everything important making it impossible to repair. Please help me ,im a single mom on disability with two sons

There they destroyed my car. They took off my resignation sticker and my

License plate and throw it away. They broke in my car and removed my belongs on

Cd's and a box of planters mixed peanuts, they also pulled up

The back seat in my car.During the time my car was in the tow yard

Their was a no sales hold on my car, which was placed on July *, 2014

They did not have the right to enter my vehicle for any reason.Desired Settlement: I would like the [redacted] and [redacted] to own up

Review: While my truck was in there storage facility for 5 months. They stole parts off my truck,from under my hood,personal property was stolen,truck was vandalized and very heavily damaged in the inside,and outside. Several thousand dollars was payed for there service. Yet my truck is not the way it was left in there care and was picked up on1-**-2015, and towed to repair shop were it has been since. Repairs estimate to cost an additional 1500 under the hood, 1200 for a paint job andanother 700 for a new bumper, need repairs on a door . No estimate as of yet from the body man about the door so far the storage and repairs fees have cost me over 5,000. I want all of my money back please.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my 2,900 paid for storage. Plus all funds ive had to pay for repairing and replacing of my stolen parts. If the can not get my truck on the road within 30 days of being in there care,or in the eventit has been ddamaged beyond repair. Id like this company to replace the fees plus the full cost of the purchase price of my truck. 27,000.

Review: My vehicle was towed to ken Ben on June ** 2015 I picked up my car on July [redacted] 2015 only to see my front fender and back bumper severely damaged. I put in my claim with them and they are giving me a hard time to fix my vehicle. I spoke to Frank who says he is the owner of the business and he said that they take pictures of the vehicle when I comes in so I asked to see the pictures and he refuses to show them to me because he says my vehicle was like that when it came now offer despising this with him for weeks he said they will fix my vehicle now every time I call him to ok the date I will b beinging in the vehicle he tells me something different. We discussed that I work in my and the only day I can bring my car is monday and he is giving me the run around. All I want is my car fixedDesired Settlement: I want my car repaired and I want it done properly
