Review: Extended warranty purchased at ken carr with [redacted] and [redacted]. Closed and cancelled the warranty. mailed the required info for a refund of the unused portion of the warranty. [redacted] or [redacted] can not help. they said it was up to the dealer who sold the extended warranty but the dealer is no longer in business.Desired Settlement: proper refund of the unused portion of the extended warranty.
