The car came in on 10/for an oil change, replace serpentine belt and alignment, when the technician was going to replace the belt he noticed that the coolant crosover, lower outlet and thermostat needed to be replaced, we had to keep the car over due to the parts Car was towed in on 10/it needed a throttle body assy, we did not charge any labor or the tow due to the fact that the car had just leftWe had not done any work for that type of issueThen the car was back on 10/because the car felt like it was cutting off around 45-mphAfter checking the vehicle it was determined that it needed coils and all spark plugs, the job was performed and the car was test driven and we couldn't find anything else wrong with the vehicleThe customer was given a rental car and he was not charged for the repair or rental $ We have tried to call the customer several times and messages were left but we have not heard back from the customerThis car has been coming here since and we don't want to sever the relationship with the customer I know it is unfortunate and the car had a couple of different issues but we did not do any work for those concerns before I hope we can continue a good relationship with the customer and we are always here for any future needs Sincerely, [redacted] grody Ford-Carlsbad

Customer needs to call *** ***, he is the company's CFO*** is out for a couple of weeks and told *** to talk to the customer (714) 521-

To Whom this may concern,
Our GSM pulled out the contract and completely went overevery piece of paperworkEverything showed the car to be a used carThere
is a signed copy of the contract where it said it is a used car, buyer's guide, a copy of the carfax, and a signed copy of the contract cancellation option only offered to used cars
Our GSM called and left a message for the customer and in three days we have not heard back, oviously the customer is upset about something and we want to sit down one-on-one so we can make it right
The customer can contact our GSM *** *** and he gladly will be willing to help

The bank was the one that repo the car, not Ken Grody FordKen Grody Ford had already sold the customer's car because the deal was done and customer had the new car

the vehicle was fraudulently put threw the bank knowing I was not working and they sold my trade in before it was paid off also there was a 1st payment made. I made no payment so ken grody ruined my credit because of it

10/9 it needed a throttle body assy, we did not charge any labor or the tow due to the fact that the car had just left. We had not done any work for that type of issue. Then the car was back on 10/10 because the car felt like it was cutting off around 45-60 mph. After checking the vehicle it was determined that it needed 3 coils and all spark plugs, the job was performed and the car was test driven and we couldn't find anything else wrong with the vehicle. The customer was given a rental car and he was not charged for the repair or rental $ 818.75.
We have tried to call the customer several times and 2 messages were left but we have not heard back from the customer. This car has been coming here since 2008 and we don't want to sever the relationship with the customer.
I know it is unfortunate and the car had a couple of different issues but we did not do any work for those concerns before.
I hope we can continue a good relationship with the customer and we are always here for any future needs.
