Following this nightmare, Ken Hogan has ignored all emails and phone calls and has not dealt with the situation he left us inWhile we were pleased with sub contractors and their work, the overall experience is beyond disappointing and we would never recommend this company!

Not only did the home improvement project stall, but the completion date was well surpassed. When the owner of this company was contacted by phone or emails, he was most often unresponsive. However, the worst of his professionalism came when he began not paying his sub contractors who in return did not come back to complete the work. In addition, after not paying a sub contractor, we received a phone call that a lien would be placed on our house! This came after Ken Hogan Construction had already been paid! Following this nightmare, Ken Hogan has ignored all emails and phone calls and has not dealt with the situation he left us in.
While we were pleased with sub contractors and their work, the overall experience is beyond disappointing and we would never recommend this company!

Review: Ken Hogan Construction was not responsive or timely with our home improvement project that was supposed to start in mid-April and end mid-June. Once we gave our deposit, contractor did not start project and did not communicate directly or respond to our calls. Even as the completion date approached, the contractor had not called with update or started the project. We had to hire an attorney to get Ken Hogan Construction to respond to us with new project dates. While we were pleased with the workers and their work, the overall experience was disappointing.Desired Settlement: We would like Ken Hogan Construction to complete the job as described in the 'Addendum to Contract' and we would like their written job completion confirmation with warranty of their work and materials.
