I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because:if the repair shop contracted was to remove and replace the part faulty in question with a working as like new part then the performance should reflect that of a new partA rebuilt transmission should perform as a new transmission, not a transmission with the performance exhibited by the transmission that now resides in the vehicle in questionThe repair shop, Ken and Johns failed to perform the repairs as promised, time attemptKen and Johns took my truck to repair in good faith and took my money knowing the repair was not complete
