My experience with First Priority Travel was nothing but the bestThe customer service department is very friendly and explained what I needed to do to book my trip very wellThey made the entire process easy and stress freeI can not wait to book my next trip with them! I have called the number - and NO they do not want to help you at allTheir job is to answer the phone and tell you that they cannot tell you anything over the phone pricing or otherwise and that you should use your book to figure it outTHE WHOLE BUSINESS HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED TO BE DIFFICULT IN THE HOPES YOU EITHER GIVE UP OR YOUR CERTIFICATE TIMES OUTI understand that this TECHNICALLY is not a scamBUT COME ON!!! They constructed a whole booklet with gorgeous photos of vacations complete with the "cheapest" dates and recommendations you are told you have "free" airline tickets then find out you HAVE to book the hotel through them and THEN have to jump through the ridiculous hoops in order to "qualify"I would NEVER recommend this company RUN AWAY and on top of this I will NEVER purchase the Wyndham packages offered in the presentation because they worked with this company using this as a HOOK and this has been and continues to be a MISERABLE experience

This is related to a two night stay offered by Wyndham for attending a time share seminar Apparently the accommodations for the stay are managed by First Priority Travel (FPT) In short, my wife followed the byzantine instructions dictated by FPT to book our stay, but FPT unilaterally revoked the offer on the alleged basis that payment of the hotel tax was received on a Tuesday, rather than the Sunday due date
In order to book the stay, it appears the offer from Wyndham must be first registered with FPT, the registration confirmed by FPT, available dates requested from FPT, a date selected and confirmed by FPT and accompanied by a quote for payment of any hotel tax for the stay, and payment received by FPT
There are a number of problems with this process
First, as seen on the attached brochure, consumers such as my wife are assured by the happy smiling
First Priority will not allow me to book a hotel based on the valid voucher that I have
I received a stub from *** Hotels on 2-21-and sent in my stub to First Priority TravelFirst Priority travel rejected my stub and told me that they would not honor itThen I spoke to a Manager that contacted *** and they verified the stub and issued voucherMy voucher was issued on 6-29-and should not expire until year from that dateFirst Priority says it expires on 2-21-Either way, it is still valid, but Laura at First Priority Travel is telling me that my voucher cannot be used because you have to use it within days of the issuanceI told her that it was not even issued until June 29, 2015, but she said that the issuance date is 2-21-2015, based on the day that *** issued itI told her that the voucher is still good then, but she said travel must be completed within the days of issuance and must be completed by 2-21-I stated that I would love to
