Peter [redacted] and everyone at Stevenson made the car buying process enjoyable. I contacted many other dealers and was put off by their dishonesty. One dealer slipped in $500 for lifetime credit monitoring without saying anything. Peter was extremely professional and patient to make sure I received a great price and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Peter [redacted] and Stevenson east.

Bubba *** has taken care of my car for yearsIt was time to trade, and Peter Munro was the car salesmanEverything surrounding the repair of my old car and the purchase of a newer one was absolutely fantasticI would highly recommend this dealership over any other for both repair and salesThey are the best I have encountered in over years of buying cars and having them repaired

On 9/28/I purchases a Toyota Tundra with 14,miles at Stevinson Toyota Scion East, out sales rep was Michael Rafuls The finance manager *** worked out all my paperwork During the review of the contract and all paperwork, I was given the option to purchase an extended warranty, I wasn't planning on purchasing this, but was convinced after *** informed me multiple times that I could use the warranty at my preferred repair shop, he told me this after informed him that I manage y own repair shopI paid $I recently received my warranty information from Century Automotive with the terms of the contract and come to find out it is not what I was told, this contract states that I must go back to the dealer for all repairs and that it expires years from the date of purchase and not months as stated on the signed contract provided that night
For this purchase to go through I also provided a trade in, my Honda Odyssey and $downpayment The next d

Purchasing a car here was an excellent experience, despite the bad luck of my car needing repairs that would cost more than my previous car was worthMy salesman, Peter Munro was the best salesman I have ever worked with, and I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly

I had a great experienceI purchased this vehicle from out of state and it could have not gone any betterPeter Munro and all staff I dealt with were wonderfulAfter shopping numerous dealerships I found the vehicle and price I was looking for at Stevinson ToyotaThank you!

They charge me For Service Contract that never were explained to me I was not aware of that at all

Our experience at Stevinson Toyota East was great! We worked with Sean *** and Peter *** who were very professional, took their time to describe the benefits of the vehicle in comparison to others that we were exploring that daySean was very affable and walked us through the entire processNegotiated on terms, came to an agreement, and signed that same dayRaj in the financial department was hilariousFelt like we were buying the car from a family memberWould definitely recommend this car dealership as we had a great time

Bait and switchReceived an email from this dealership that had a photo of a truck and a sale price listedWent in to dealership and they said the sale price is for a different truck, not the one picturedEmail had no disclaimers that that was the case

I purchased a certified pre-owned Tundra from your Havana Street dealership on 5/24/and took ownership of the truck on 5/25/ *** *** was the sales associate I worked withThat same day, 5/25/2016, I became aware that the stereo was not working properly and immediately reported this to your staff I was told that it would be either be repaired or replaced at no cost to me due to the fact that it is certified pre-owned However, I was informed that because of the Memorial Day weekend, it was exceptionally busy in the service center and I should come by next week and they would “handle everything at no cost to me.”
The stereo was an aftermarket which included many desirable aftermarket features specifically highlighted for the sale of the truckThese feature included touch screen, hands free calling, back up camera, blue tooth, HD radio, and GPS navigationThese special features were clearly used as the selling point for the sales associate and, in turn, why

Excellent customer servicePeter *** is knowledgeable and patient as he walked us through every step of the wayHe was committed to getting us exactly what we were looking forHe answered every question and he made sure we were 100% satisfied before we actually made the purchaseWe actually went to a dealership much closer to our house, but left quickly after poor customer serviceWorking with Peter is well worth the drive! Chris in finance was a pleasure to work with as well!

Bought a used car that had undisclosed hail damage Brian, the used car manager, indicated that they did not notice any damage Very ConvenientNow I am stuck with a car that is worth thousands less than I paidDo not trust this dealership

Zach was very helpful and knowledgeableThe best

Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoidAnd since colorado is a one-party consent state, maybe record the whole dealing so you can have some actual accountabilityIt's a super long story, but it was *** awful to work with these people of questionable ethics, and honestly you should go elsewhereAvoid kevin *** and bryan sears like the *** plagueJordan *** is amazing, thoughGet pre-approved beforehand cause they'll try to give you some outrageous 12% loan when it should really be like 5%...Avoi
They sold me a car super rushed at night, on the last day of the monthIt was supposed to be toyota certified but because of poor lighting and the way they handled us, we missed a dent and that the side mirror was being held together by duct tapeI know, big thing, but it was my first time buying and we totally missed itPulling teeth would probably be more pleasant than what happened when I went to take my car back inKevin *** was super difficult, basically saying he "Didn't know" if they'd be able to fix "Cosmetic damage" (it was a decent sized dent, not a scratch, the back wiper was too big for the car, etc, things that disqualify it from being certified used until they're fixed)Bryan sears went the "Well it was fine when you took it yesterday" route They went on and on about how it was "Certified" despite the damages, the inspection papers not being completed or signed off on, and I had to fight for three hours to get them to fix the existing damages (which they completedIt's funny, when they came to pick my car up for the initial repair damage, one of the employees they'd brought applauded me for telling them off) and let me go to a separate mechanic on the promise that they'd fix any issues they found as long as they fit the 160pt inspectionDid they fix said issues and honor that promise? NopeKevin sat there and tried to make me feel bad because he sold me the car, and he felt so disappointed, etcHe compared himself to an unaware baby who didn't do anything wrong, because he also missed the damage and "Wouldn't have sold a car to me in that condition had he known." he also called me a liar (which I recorded, fortunately), saying that I had seen the incomplete 160pt inspection papers and intentionally chosen not sign off on themDespite no one giving them to me (which jordan *** corroborated)So somehow he both didn't know that the car was damaged and it blindsided him too, and did know the car was damaged and said I chose to ignore it to somehow screw them? Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me either

I ended up buying closer to home, but had a good experience with the Internet salesperson

On 10/10/2016, I received an email offer from Stevenson Toyota East for a “$Gift Card for Returning Lease VehicPurchase Necessary” by November 9, I returned my *** *** to that dealership on November 8, showed the manager the coupon, and was told I would receive an e-mail after the car was grounded and inspected, and then would receive the Gift Certificate
On December 14, 2016, I emailed the dealer rep *** *** concerning the issue, but never received the curtesy of a reply
I returned my vehicle a week early (lease end date November 15, 2016) because of this offer, and I would like to know why Stevenson will not keep its end of the bargain
